The menu
What you will cook
On the day you choose one main — tagine, couscous or pastilla; the salads, tea and pastries come with it. Vegetarian and vegan versions are offered.

Couscous 01Couscous
The traditional Moroccan couscous, steamed and served with vegetables — also the subject of a dedicated couscous class on Pelago. A vegetarian couscous is offered.

Tagine 02Tagine
Chicken, beef or vegetable tagine cooked in the clay pot, from Wissal's mother's recipe. Reviews mention chicken tagine with olives and fully vegetarian versions.

Pastilla 03Pastilla
The layered, flaky pastilla — the third main on the Viator / GetYourGuide menu (“Tajine or Couscous or Pastilla”).

Moroccan salads 04Moroccan salads
Zaalouk (aubergine), taktouka (pepper and tomato) and fresh salads, prepared alongside the main.

Mint tea 05Mint tea
Brewed and poured together on arrival and at the tea break; the Pelago class teaches how to make it.

Msemen & cookies 06Msemen & cookies
Moroccan pancakes (msemen) and homemade cookies with the welcome tea or coffee; reviews mention bread baked by Wissal's mother.
Virgin mojito
A fresh mocktail made from scratch as part of the class.
Spiced coffee
Served on arrival in some sessions — “unlike any coffee you've ever tasted”, as GetYourGuide puts it.
Vegetarian, vegan, allergies
The listings say “Vegans and vegetarians are also welcome”. Reviews on Airbnb and TripAdvisor describe tagines adapted to vegetarian guests. For allergies, tell the host when booking.
The exact menu depends on the session and your preferences.
The mint tea
Green tea, fresh mint, sugar — and the pour from height that makes the foam. You learn it at the start of the class.
